Who is elected in the municipal elections?
Answer. The town councilors, who then elect the mayor from among themselves.
Les conseillers municipaux, qui élisent ensuite le maire parmi eux.
In municipal elections, residents vote for the town council, for a 6 year term. The town council then chooses the mayor.
