Answer. From age 18.

You must be an adult to vote, meaning at least 18 years old. You must also be French and registered on the electoral rolls.
The official text that proves it
« Le suffrage universel signifie que tous les citoyens qui ont la nationalité française ; majeurs (de plus de 18 ans) ; ayant leurs droits civiques et politiques (n’est pas condamné) ; »
Universal suffrage means that all citizens who hold French nationality, are adults (over 18), and have their civic and political rights (have not been convicted).
