Regarding the use of social media, which statement is correct?
Answer. Laws also apply on social media. Insulting, threatening, harassing or calling for hatred there is punishable.

Freedom of expression exists online as elsewhere, with the same limits. Moral harassment is punishable by one year in prison and a 15,000 euro fine. When it happens on the internet or on social media, the penalty rises to two years in prison and a 30,000 euro fine. It goes up to three years and 45,000 euros if there is another aggravating circumstance, for example if the victim is a minor. The author of an illegal message must answer for it in court, even if they write under a pseudonym. Choose the answer that says the law also applies on the internet.
