Answer. The restrictions on going out during the Covid-19 crisis, or the ban on covering one's face in public spaces.

During the 2020 public health state of emergency, the State limited the freedom to come and go in order to protect everyone's health. Covering one's face in public spaces is also prohibited for security reasons.

The official text that proves it

« La mise en place de l'état d'urgence sanitaire contre le Covid-19 en mars 2020 a limité la liberté d'aller et venir, la liberté d'entreprendre et la liberté de réunion. »

The introduction of the public health state of emergency against Covid-19 in March 2020 limited the freedom to come and go, the freedom to run a business, and the freedom of assembly.
