In a company, what does the right to strike allow?
Answer. It allows employees to stop working to press professional demands.
Les salariés à arrêter le travail pour défendre des revendications professionnelles.
Striking is a right. Employees stop working together to express a disagreement, for example over pay. Hours on strike are not paid, but an employee cannot be penalised for going on strike.
