An employer refuses to hire women at his company. What does the law say?
Answer. This is forbidden, it is discrimination based on sex, punished by law.
C'est interdit, c'est une discrimination liée au sexe, punie par la loi.
An employer cannot refuse to hire a person because she is a woman. Denying access to a job because of someone's sex is sexism and discrimination.
