Regarding individual rights, which statement is correct?

Answer. Individual rights are the same for everyone, regardless of sex, age or beliefs.

Every person has rights simply because they are a human being, for example freedom or equality before the law. These rights do not depend on origin, sex or religion. The correct answer is the one that says these rights apply to everyone, without distinction.

The official text that proves it

These rights are the same for everyone, regardless of sex, age (before or after 18), beliefs or way of life.
