What texts define the rules at work?
Answer. The Code du travail (Labour Code), collective bargaining agreements, and the company's internal rules.

The Code du travail sets the rules for all employees. Collective bargaining agreements adapt these rules to a specific industry. The internal rules spell out the rules within the company.
