Que permet la liberté de circulation ?

What does freedom of movement allow?

Answer. It allows people to come and go freely, in France and in other European Union countries.

Everyone can move freely within the territory. A European Union citizen can also go live, work or travel in another EU country. This freedom can be limited by law, for example during the Covid-19 crisis.

The official text that proves it

From now on, goods, people and capital can move freely within the EU. The free movement of people within the EU means, among other things, that every citizen can travel to another EU country.
