During a job interview, what can an employer ask a candidate?

An employer can only ask questions directly related to the job on offer. They cannot ask about religion, political opinions, family situation or plans to have children, that would be discrimination.

« Pour l’entreprise qui diffuse l’offre : Les informations demandées dans l’offre de travail doivent avoir un lien direct avec le travail proposé. »
For the company posting the job, the information requested in the job listing must have a direct link to the job on offer.
